Return Policy:

Paw Purree LLC always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit.
Store Credits and Merchandise Exchanges will not include shipping and handling costs.

We cannot accept returns on the following items: Clearance items, Beds, Premium Foods or Treats.

Please call us to discuss any possible returns and be sure to indicate the reason for return.

All returned and refused shipments shall incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.).
We suggest that you insure your return package and ask for a tracking number from the shipper, as we cannot be held liable and responsible for lost or stolen packages.
